Once dispatched, your parcel should arrive within the appropriate working days, between 8am and 6pm. Delivery is not completely guaranteed in case of unforeseen circumstances; this may result in a delivery taking place outside of the estimated hours or the following working day. Our couriers do not deliver on bank holidays.

Parcelforce will send you a text and email notification on the morning of your delivery – This will include your consignment number and your 2-hour time slot for delivery.

After an initial attempted delivery, your courier will usually arrange a redelivery for the next working day. You can always adjust the delivery information via the couriers website.

Return your unused product within 30 days of receiving it to receive a full refund.

We highly recommend that you use a registered and insured delivery service as we do not accept any responsibility for lost or damaged returns. This type of service will also allow you to track your package and ensure its safe return as we can not issue a refund for lost or damaged items.

Our system may flag your payment as possible fraudulent activity, this can be due to several reasons and is nothing to be concerned about. This usually occurs when payment cards are registered outside of the UK.

We will cancel and refund any orders for you and apologise for any inconvenience this causes. The refund should show in your account in 3-5 working days. If you still wish to go ahead with your purchase, we can except BACs payments as an alternative, please let us know if you would like more information on this process.
